People say you loose power, but i noticed a gain on my 1.2 8v mk1, wihtone on.
Ok its not ideal, ideally an enclosed oen would be best.
try gettign a long length of pipe and relocating it dnw behind the front bumper or somewhere.
Will geta bit of noise, but not a massive amount from a 1.2

Yeh well I was looking on the k-tec site and they are selling the pagid pads for nearly £150 a set!! I cant afford that!!! Sam
f**king hell!!!!
£30 from GSF
Ideally you want o break a little earlier into the cornewrs, ands then you can egtt eh car ballenced into the corner trsther then just chucking it in, brake earlier and you will find you need to rake less as you can carry more speed round the corners.
Atleast thaqts what the 60 odd instructor...
Thankyou, someoen who know what they were talking about and not quoting others.
So if you had a remapped ecu wiht a map designed to run higer ron ratings it woudl make a difference?
I would say tbh the problem is more the height set-up of the car rather then the width of the tyres, wiht the back end that low you will understear to buggery, back end is designed to sit slightly hihgher than the front end
K-tec gave out a load of free sets on here to test and recieve feedback on.
Posted about a month later asking where the feedback was.
No idea how good they are as none of the feedback has reached us (if they had any), that i know of, ofc feedback might have been posted and i missed it...
There WAS a thread pijned about this, but guess it has gone.
All parts are williams/R19 16v specific.
Would need:
Whisbones, driveshafts, shocks, brake lines, think thats about it.
New i think parts come to around £1k.

You sure the bonnet would fit with those bug-eyed headlights?
If you get ph2 lights it will fit, otherwise will need a ph3 bonnet
yeah you can adjust the rear bais valve, under the car by the rear tyre, but be very careful you dont over do it.
Last time i was on track, comming down a hill to a hairpin my rears were locking up, not too bad in the dry in a straight line, but round a corner in the wet.....let just hope you...
Easy, glue a metal plate over the inside, and fill and spray the top.
Speak to mark ritchspeed over at williams clio, he has done it on his car, and will do it in his workshop in wales for you

Got any more details martin? is it worth ripping the sound deadening out? make it noisier?? do manual winders go into the electric window doors?? also whats with front door cards i hear u need them for mot... :S also what do insurance...
Yeha piss easy to do, i just like my electric windows too much, rear wiper is gone, as is motor, sunroof motor woudl go, except it means the sunroof doesnt stay closed...apparently.
Sunroof might go soon anyways
basically means you ahve 4 pistons instead of one, do a search and youll get all the answers
IIRC 4 pot kit goes out for around £350-£400 from mark@ritchspeed
Wouldnt bother.
Rear wheels do so little braking as it is you would be alot better spending your money on a 4 pot conversiion, will see ALOT more difference
