I have a peco powermaster, sounds ok, but am bored of it now, too quiet, gettign a full decat from k-tec at some point when i have the funds.
As was sed good exhaust fits perfectly, does sound quite loud, not sure if my car is perhaps a little more sluggish wiht it on, could be me tho
I have 15s on mine after orignally having 13s on.
You can work it out 195/15 menas the tyre wall is 15% of 195.
The diameter of my wheels is larger by about 10mm...but a shed load wider.
I think the rule is you can go up 2 inches without the overall diameter of the wheel changing much...
Just wondering about the quality of teh SPL amps, they are VERY cheap for what they are, they do a 4x200w for £110, everywhere else i have seen amps that are 4x100 for that price.
I realise that these values are prolly max rather than RMS, anyone tell me the quality of these amps and the RMS...
As far as im aware all tyres ahve them, they are v.hard to spot, try running ur finger through the grooves, shoudl be about 20 or so around the tyre.
There is a limit in mm, no idea wot it is tho, try DVLAs website or sommet
Hummmm
Wonder if the bank would give me a loan for £12,000.......plus the £4,000 id need to insure it.
might be interesting to get n insurence quote just for a laugh
Do they? Mine just have a wire going straight to the HU, but then mine is standard model wiht NO extras(useful ones anyway)
Is it a resistor or is it a smjall ciruit, only need about 3 components to make a hig / low pass filter (this filters out hihg / low frequencies), enabling you to connect...
red would be power, black would be earth, and thin blue wone would be remote.
At a guess i would say that black woudl be left and white would be right, have a look where ti goes to the speakers/sub, most will have +/- markings on the terminals
Heard that teh police could do a raodside emissions check, and if ur cara fails them its a fine. Any truth in this?
As for MOT time it seems to be easier just to bolt the cat back on for the day when they have the car, and then remove it again for general driving
Yeah that means there is 4 studs and the diagianol is 98mm, clio mk1 is 4 x 100, which means that the diagianol is 100mm, dunno if this is the same for the mk2?
Got 195/45 15 tyres on a 1.2 mk1 ph2 clio
When i got em they sed they just pump them up to 30psi for all cars.
Anyone know what sort of pressure i shoudl be running?
