I've got V12's and I think the sidewall is WAY too soft. The compound is nice and grippy, but I'm not confident in them. The tyres tuck under on the front even running close to -2deg of camber. I think I'll be going back to Paradas next time.
This is how mine sits on coilovers. Handling is sublime. It could easily go a lot lower if I wanted but I like to be able to drive it, and the roads between my house and work are shot to hell
you work for ECP, fit all Pagid disks and pads, they're utterly excellent, I fit loads of them and have tracked several cars with them on now.
New fluid would be ideal too.
Not changing disks when you fit new pads is wasting your own time
EBC disks are very verys soft, and wear out super fast. If you have grooved ones, they won't be grooved for long.
I'm not a fan of EBC pads either after bad personal experience, but the Blue's seem better than the others. Greens and Reds are nothing more than paperweights

I agree completely. Mk2's are much better built than mk1s to start with, and they're far better thought out from a maintenance point of view.
While the F4R and F7R are both lovely when working properly, the F4R although different and awkward to someone new to it is actually a brilliant engine...
it's the hubs that are different I believe (being honest, I've never measured up)
I know a normal 172 shaft won't work on a cup, they're too short and the shaft knocks from new
