my gaz ones seemed to be fine for 2 years, these fk ones were much more expensive so i wouldnt have thought it! the fks are about 8-9months old

hiya guys i bought a set of second hand fk's and got rentech to fit them. i dint realise but the front adjustors are siezed so i cant alter the ride height at the front! they are fitted now so ive just soaked them in wd40, what else can i do guys????:(

hi guys ive got 17'' superleggra alloys and 205-40-17 tyres, and have GAZ coilovers and yes the ride isnt that good on 17's. the fronts arnt even low and ive had to soften the dampers but now it just bounces lol im getting fk konigsport fitted tomorrow will i get any improvement with the ride...

ive got the k-tec full cat back system and the silenced decat-loud!

hi guys i have this decat fitted(was on the car when i got it): http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=1564 i was wondering if i went for a proper decat (with no silencer) would it make a huge difference to performance and sound?(its freaking loud as it is!)

ive got gaz coils on there at the moment, they will be off by next week though, the boot lock seems to be fine, but i dont get wh the noise goes away if i stiffen up the rear dampers?made me think there is a bush there which now i know there isnt

hi guys my 172 seems to rattle from the rear, if i stiffen up the rear shocks the rattle seems to go but then im left with a very uneven rid are there any bushes on the rear of a ph1 172 that could need changing?im on coilovers at the moment

thanks for the inputs guys i dont mind the tyres wearing a bit as long as the handling is spot on for fast road use. so between -1 to -1.5 is the amount of camber to go for?

hiya guys what the max recommended camber you guys would think is suitable to everyday driving??will adjusting the camber setting eat through the tyres? my cars a ph1 172 lowered on coilovers and 17's if that makes any difference?

mine too is on coils but dont you find it a b**ch being that low and on 17's(or are they 16's?)? mine just ended up costing alot more than i had hoped, be careful!

huya guys ive got a couple of problems with the front passenger seat on my ph1 basically usually when i pull the lever to fold the seat down to let someone into the back of the car the seat folds down and moves foward, but now it doesnt move fowards, just folds down also the passenger seat...

yeh thats what i was thinking, the person is saying the offset is 8.5 inches i presume they mean the width?? they dont know what the et is tho? i think im getting confused?
