wouldnt that rub??i have 205/40/17 (not sure of the rim width) but witha full load in the back it rubs!

hiya guys just posting on behalf of a mate, he is looking at a set of alloys for his ph1 172. they are pcd 4 x 100, have 205/40/17 but the seller doesnt know the offset or what car they came off, all she knows is that the rim is 8.5'' wide, will thisbe too wide??

hiya guys im looking to get some kinda splitter on my ph1. i have a laguna splitter sitting here but im not too sure if it will be ott and make the car too low. was looking on the k-tec site for the carbon cup splitter but am not sure how much these need to be modded to fit a ph1 if anyone...

hiya guys my 172 seems to have a slight annoying problem. when im in traffic the clutch pedal seems to get a bit harder and develop a squeaky tendancy everytime i push it and the accelerator pedal seems to be a bit squeaky and sticky when i jus tap the throttle and ideas guys?

its currently running on v power and bp ultimate, still does it :(

hiya guys ive been having this problem of late with the car (ph1 172) just cutting out. the other day i was sitting in the car at idle and it just cut out, completely dead!i thought it was the battery but when i turned the key the electrics come on but the car would turn over but just not start...

i got my y reg one with 56k on the clock, grab handles were a bit manky and so was the steering wheel, gear knob was fine and the seats were great!

the resistor is in it at the moment mate but as im turnin the wheel the ribbon is getting pulled and making it difficult to steer

hiya guys can i chop off the ribbon that goes to the air bag sensor?i currently have the 'serv' and airbag light on from changing the wheel to an aftermarket on. if i cut the ribbon can i get the lights on the display switched off using a diagnostic machine??? the reason why i want to cut...

will try swapping the powerpacks tomorrow, i connected the greeny bulb to the good side and it worked fine. will probz double check all the wiring aswel

the kit is off ebay mate, seller is from here. i have contacted him and said its the powerpack but even if he sends me another one ill still have the same problem right? he also sent me a battery harness seperate which isnt needed to use with the kit. i installed this same kit on my mates lexus...

i tried the dodgy bulb on the working side and it works fine, no greeny crap so would the problem lie in the powerpack???

hiya guys i fitted my hid's in today and have come accoss a serious problem. as you can see from the pic the lights are different colour. They should both be the bright white and not the greeny blue. basically i had trouble with that bulbs from the start. when i first fitted it it would come on...
