Well double check it. Just as its new doesn't mean it's fine. You can check the alt by getting an old belt and wrapping it around it and pulling the belt out like a yoyo, this spins the alt upto almost idle speeds.

Top 3 go in the bottom between sump/box.
The lowest 2 go in the very too of the bell housing
Next 3 up go in the starter
The last one I think goes just above the clutch fork
There should be locating dowels in the block. if not Drop 2 head bolts down on opposite corners of the head.
Make sure the gasket is on the right way too!
I also have a guy who comes out to drill them out. He's brilliant. You could well get charged for it, as Unfortunatly it's part of the job. They do sieze and shear off very easily. I try not to get involved with them for this reason alone.
The rocker cover cannot be removed onless your take the cambelt off.
The mount bracket can, support the engine from underneath and undo the 3 16mm bolts and 1 nut.
