Re: Mk1 F4R'd Track Car Project [2010 Winter Rebuild]
Know how you feel I've had numerous issues with mine starting over the last few months. It's so frustrating been through a crank sensor and two starter motors.
I've got one with my center silenced ktec stealth and it isn't any louder. Remember though you'll need a cat to pass an MOT unless you know a friendly tester.
Brakes are already fairly decent. My setup is Tarox G88 front discs, oem rear discs, DS2500 pads, Goodridge lines and Castrol Super Response Dot4 fluid. Never had any fade at all on track.

Sorry about that think I was still drunk turned the alarm off and passed out again :o
I'll make it but not sure about the car though as it won't start again. I'm going to sell it once it's fixed and buy a Corvette.
My engine is running on after turning it off. Checked for vacuum leaks and engine temp is normal so I'm going to try some Winns/STP/Redex treatment to try decoking first. If that doesn't work are there any sensors that could cause this issue?
Love the kit mate looks awesome. Questions I have are:
1) Does it retain aircon?
2) Do any sensor wires need cutting/lengthening?
3) Is the JMS logo in the resin or a sticker on top?
4) Do you need another car to test it on? Hint ;)
