    Does sound like a flapping belt. Take the mount off and see if you can see anything. Otherwise it could be big ends(my mates 5 sounded that bad lol)

    if you dont change it it will eventually let go meaning head off as it will bend valves.

    we were there xzibit. didnt see the 172 on the rollers but rob669 did... made good torque though apparently.

    Basicaly its what controls the cam timing with the VVT. Dont have a picture, its a cambelt off job to do, iirc the part is about £100.

    coolant temperature sensor and exhaust gas recirculation also the camshaft sensor is also a known fault on them. when they go they put the rev limit down to 4krpm lol!

    if its sounding like a diesel its the cam dephaser.

    mine used to rock too lol. oh i miss the idle sooooooooo much. ahwell, just means i have to cam the 172 lump. shame. lol

    they're quick in a straight line, but they handle well too, it was set up by lotus apparently. my hybrid didnt have a problem against one though.

    1. yes 2. no the immobiliser is in the ecu, williams' dont have immobilisers in the ecu. 3.yes the inlet manifold hits the bonnet otherwise 4. yes if you get the complete rear beam 5. replace your fuel pump and lines. and exhaust. and make sure you get a heatshiled for the brake lines.
