Im only using the valver rad as my 172 one was fubared.

i fitted it myself. intotal parts came to about £200 but i already had the engine.

depends how you mean? Ive put a 172 engine into a 16v ph2. A stripped ph2 at that, running approx 850kg.

right well now the adrenaline has cooled down a little, so i can type properly i can tell you what its like... starts nice and quickly and settles down to a nice idle, pull away instantly you can feel theres alot of torque there, then put your foot down at about 5mph and it'll go from 5-15mph...

Only a few teething problems like the exhaust is fouling a heatshield at the back so rattles like fook on over-run, but thats being sorted out tomorrow! Freebone - tomorrow or saturday sometime mate?

yea made my own, used half the pipe from the valver and half of the 172 cat.

Yea its just sorting out the regulator wiring on the alt, yep it'll be at the airfield provided it doesnt break!

if anything you usually feel it come back down, im always tri-poding int the valver, sometimes upto 12" in the air apparently...

you'd have the corner weights, so in theory yes. EDIT; I thought you meant you had 4, then it would work... but doing that you say the car would lean in theory taking a slight bit of weight off of that said side.
