greek clio 172 ph1 tune up

standard throttle body i dont think would be a restriction, dont see any need to go bigger. Light weight flywheel, ive never tried one in the clio but i had a shot of an integra with one and it flew thru the revs, really recomended

not sure what wrong but car isn't very stable

yep sounds about right for your problem, from memory you can buy the ball joints seperate from the bottom arms (dont think you can on the RS cars though?!) i can imagine you would get the 2 for less than £20 (as with anything suspension related its best replacing them in pairs, 3 bolts hold them...

    Anyone used Koni STR.T Dampers?

fitted these today. not sure if i like them or not yet ill need to put more miles on them. For £260 all round they are ok using a mild road spring like sportlines but they are a little soft so when really going for it they are a bit to soft, would DEFINATELY be no good for track work, however...

not sure what wrong but car isn't very stable

yep that ARB is fine. give the suspension a bounce up and down, when you bounce it down it should come straight up on the rebound and then settle and not keep moving. this isnt the "best" test you can do but it shows obvious issues. you should also be able to feel any problems over bumps...
