HC was 200, thats very very high. try spraying carb cleaner very lightly around all the seals on the inlet etc to see if there is an air leak. sounds like it.

MK1 what? if its a clio mk1 and not a 172 mk1 the flywheel will fit but not work as its a different trigger pattern.

1.091 usually means that its got an air leak. what was the HC?
