I did mine in 4 hours having never done one before, but i was working in a renault specialist so was taught how to do it.
All in all IMO they're not hard to do.
Special notes are:
You need the 2 bungs in the end of the head from renault that isnt supplied in the kit, and the renault timing...
thats the carbon canister, vents the fuel tank.
try popping the connection back on, if it wont seal, take the pipe off the other end and put a small rubber hose on that fit, bolt in the other end and jubilee clip so it seals.
idle speed control valve.
fior starters get rid of the plugs, go for single electrode.
what engine is it?
Hunting idle is usually down to lambda sensors, but can also be an air leak on the inlet/ or tb.
