Right, the springs are always fixed height. no matter what. You cannot get adjustable springs, you can get adjustable spring plates(coil overs), which move the spring up and down thus lowering/raising it. The APEX springs are harder, and are lower, so dont have much travel in them.

pah, get a real one with out the driving aids! the best way to learn, go and finsd a wet roundabout at about 4am, and learn lift off oversteer! its fin when you know what your doing, just remember, plant the accelerator! not the beakes otherwise you WILL crash.
sorry, its not really visable!! on the top of the gearbox bell housing, there will be a small plug attached to a sensor, i will try and get a pic now... its piss easy to change, its just not dropping the bolts is the problem!
