im using EBC GreenStuff, hardly any brake dust compaired to standard pads (standards only other pads ive tried) stop the car VERY well when warmed up, paired with BlackDiamond fast road drilled & Grovved disks

get ben R to match your inlet manifold, 182 exhaust maifold, cams, remap, yozza exhaust + decat should take you to arround 200

i removed back seats, rear door cards, spare wheel, toolkit, all plastics and carpet from the boot/back and mine was a good bit quicker at getting going, didnt feel much different when it was rolling (only louder lol) but nailing it out junctions etc there was a big difference.

Ben, how long would you need the car/engine parts of the K4M engine to do headwork & manifold work (i can eather remove the parts and send them to you to have work done then refit myself or drive the full car down to have the work done, just depends on cost/time etc, would you be able to PM me...

mine burns, well more like spits out and spillsALL of its oil in 1,000 miles lol dont trust the dash computer, mine told me it was full when really it was bellow minimum and nearly killed my engine, very common problem some dont work from day 1
