yea non gen discs have no bearings or ABS ring you have to swap them over. but i dont really like that idea.

Coil pack. follow the leads back (other end to spark plug) there will be a big square thing 3 bolts hold it on from memery and one connector plug

Inlet manifold broke very unlikely. proberly just a coil gone down what make are they denso ( the better ones) or sagem ( the rubbish ones)

Re: Sounds like a traxctor you only have 1 coil per 4 cylinder on 1.2 you have a coil pack and 4 leads

depends if he used the correct tool did he lock the crank? the cams should be level when the correct tool locked in place but you can have them upside down so to speak as the cut out in the cam is not in the middle it should have smaller bit top and bigger bit bottom. big tops little bottoms i say
