could we get some petition started supported by the club?
i was going to go in and order a new one at HUGE expense to myself because my car is 100% mint otherwise
mine is melted and right hand thumb grip trashed!
i came off the stirling services roundabout and a mk3 clio in black looked like a dynmaique S flashed me, not got a clue who it was lol! someone from here maby?
had the fancy front splitter on it is that the SX kit or whatever they call it!
mine done that when hard cornering when the front and rear brakes were needing replaced, think its possibly it trying to tell you the brake fluids low?
100bhp is just a number.
i had full exhaust inc decat, decent filter and air feed, fully stripped out and that little car went like f**k for what it was lol as many will back me up on!
i had them on my old 1.2 16v and even under hard track use they were fine with braided line and decent fluid.
got them on the 172 and not had it on track yet but on hard road use they start to fade but not that bad for a fast road pad" low brake dust and last ages
wouldnt bother to much about it to be honest, as long as theirs bumpstops to stop the damper being killed it'll be fine as long as it doesnt get to dirty under there!
hi mate, yeah i had a quick read thru it before i started then used your guide for disconnecting the steering colum from the rack (as its different from the way you do it on the 1.2!)was a great help cheers!
1.2 16v clios are SOHC, never worked on any other 16v engine thats been SOHC though!
SOHC is just the same except 1 cam controls both inlet and exhaust
