While you're here Fred, 172 Cup, squeaks intermittently on start from aux belt.
Can sometimes be worse when on full lock / loaded up on some lock.
When it's really cold (freezing temps) and the heaters on full it'll be worse.
Changed the belt, correct tension, still does it...
Looks like the black/red car (escapes to continue round paddock) nudges NSR of red car, driver of red car is passenger as he collects black car and they're both sent careering toward the tyres.
Pretty huge by any means, some of the stills of the aftermath show that roll cages do their job!
Mine had wires on, took them off, needed a bit of filing to make fit correctly too.
I'll be junking mine asap tbh, first bit of spirited use and within 4 minutes they're cooking.
Plenty thanks, if you're talking to your passenger as you're passing your braking point, about to turn in, you've not got your priorities straight! lol.

Nice touch with getting the I7 though, good luck with it :)
Did anyone ever find an answer for this?
Mine's gone off 4 times already this evening. Can't see anything immediately wrong.
The bonnet switch has been dc'd since I bought the car, and the battery seems to have plenty of juice, starter turns over nice and fast.
They're a scary tyre in the wet, truly dreadful.
On mine I upped to 215/45R17 with no trouble on the OE wheel, put Goodyear Assyms on there and have some confidence back lol.
