^ as above nothing up with owning a 1.2 (they are faster than a 172 after all ;)) but its not a performance car so posting vids like that are a tad pointless, especially when u cant see the speedo.
your taking the plunge then! wont regret it :) just check for filler sag on the front bumper when u get it back, if there is any dont accept it as it'll only crack/get worse
soory mate, will do was gonna look up the colour code as i'm not sure what it is lol! pm me what the actually name of thecolour si and i'll get you a price :)
def get an engine conversion then, and have to agree i love my carbon bonnet, although its debatable whether it saves THAT much weight. As i said defo get a sports cat, viper and and stealth system, even if nothing else your car will sound like its got an engine without any obvious tailpipe
another graduate from the school of middo ;) as the good man says its all in the preperation, get this wrong and the surface will be crap. Also make sure u laquer in a warm place or with an artificial heat source or it WILL go cloudy. After the laquer has fully cured (i'd leave it at least a...

i've got about an extra 10bhp, and have spent around 700 quid on performance mods, however the torque curve etc is spot on and pulls all through the range so is much nicer to drive. I've got sports cat, stealth system and a viper with custom feed, i also have no back seats lol. I'd def strip it...
still has got a carbon one, as bumper was remoulded to 1.2 shape so still fits, not easy to be honest yu need to find someone who will cut it and half and rebond it back together, which isnt easy with carbon
