^ have to go with edde on this one, you need to weight save, breather mods like a viper, de cat pipe and stealth system. Make it handle like its on rails with a coilover set up and remove rear seats - really makes a huge difference

you'll find you need to apply really thin layers to prevent bubbles and stuff (nasty stuff to work with if you spray it thick) but the more you spray the bolder the colour gets your spraying. if your just going to spray it with paint and lacquer it then nice even coats is the way to do it.

i use 5w-40 fully synthetic elf excellium from renault. no complaints here :)

any good scrappy should be able to sort you out with a good set, or a spare set you can spray up. ive recently been using auto-transplants.co.uk i think - and they've been good.

if it were me i'd try the tinting spray first. if you bodge it halfords sell a tinting spray remover so u can try again. not sure on the tinting film, as it would have to be applied properly to look good, but its an idea

if your going to give it to a mate, just give it to him well sanded. no doubt he will want to use his own primer so that he can guarantee the topcoat.
