Insurance for track days is a rip off in my experience, even if you do pay a lot, the excess can be thousands, so unless you actually write the car off it's just not work.
For example, track day cover for the NSX is over £100, with something like a £4k excess, and it will only cover up to...
There is a company over here that claim to do one, but i haven't actually seen or heard of a demo model or customer car. They use Rotrex superchargers and have it on a Civic Type R demo at the moment. As much as 400bhp they claim.
Not really, know a few people who have binned cars and said they crashed it on the road without any problems.

They aren't very satisfying really, you either drive a cheap diesel that sounds like an old Transit van, or an expensive diesel and you don't hear anything. As an enthusiast, noise is important to me, normally helped by lots of revs!
Nope, but if you want some 172 wheels which need a refurb with some nice Goodyear F1s i'm your man.
I think white would suit the blue but personally it would be too attention grabbing for me. Would prefer anthracite.
The biggest problem with lowering that much is bumpsteer (self steering) which is caused by varying toe angles.
I don't know much about Hill Power, i know Stefan rates them highly, but a proper motorsport outfit (like Mark Fish) probably have all the equipment and experience to do a proper job...
