Ideally you should, the 182 gives 10bhp with a 200cell cat and better manifold, so i would be hoping for 8bhp-ish. It is worth noting there will be a noticeable gain low down. Could do a 4-1 which will grab the headlines with more peak bhp, but less low down.

The 15s are about 6.5kg and the 17s about 8kg, so very light. Not sure how much tyres weigh, and they vary brand to brand anyway
