Needs to be about a foot lower!
They all seem to be done like that, but then the owners tend to be young and probably don't have the money to make sure it is a spot on job.
If you can do it though mate, kudos to you. Your car at the end of the day...but just remember V6s aren't that expensive...
I couldn't blame anyone for having a Golf as it's nice owning a car you don't have to worry about, whereas with my Clio i'm always thinking whats going to go wrong next!
The handling is dire though, the Clio isn't in a different league, it's in a whole different sport ;)
I think the engine will be fine as long as the services have been done when they should of been.
At that sort of mileage i would probably want a car which has fairly new brakes and suspension (incl. bushes) because they defo would be on their way out. Make sure the air con is still working too.
The site may of been Car Survey:

I bet they are inundated by the old dears this morning. Will check mine out at the weekend..bloody Renault.
Mines a '02 but it must be older than that as it has this older catch.
What i don't get is that they showed the new one but that wasn't a post '01 car, wasn't it a new shape Clio or a Megane?
This thread got a bit anti FTO, they may not be fast but they do handle tidly and i personally think they are good lookers. Engine noise kicks ass too so if you want to feel a bit more special then you couldn't knock someone for getting one...
But then could you agree that the car has so much grip now you cannot breach it on the road? A stiffer set up is harder to deal with by default. I presume Mark Fish would of made your car more aggressive, so i doubt it is any friendlier on the limit...
I think Cliosport does a disservice to the 172/182 really. They are genuinely good little track day cars out of the box and i bet most members get to their limits opposed to the car's limits when swapping the suspension for stiffer stuff.
Personally i think people should spend money on driver...
Nah, not a DC5. Well i reckon they're going above 60 lol. Despite being obviously bigger it doesn't actually weigh that much more than the Clio. I won't say the speed i was doing but i was going pretty fast the other day and had a bloody 1 series 118d on my arse the whole way so wouldn't be...
