take it a bodyshop who will mix black paint into lacquer and then use this to tint them, or you can buy some of the tinting spray from a local motor factors. arguably a better finish from having the bodyshop do it, but it is costly. my last set cost 50quid - when i eventually found someone...

195/50/r15 i assume. no problems at all, as you have a greater choice of tyre, although they will have more give in the tyres, so less responsive than 45 profile. if its 16'' wheels, then stick with the 45's to maintain the rolling radius

it is possible, but you can get rear bench from places like cliospares for around 100-150 on its own. i paid 200 for rear bench and 4 doorcards. going to be alot less hassle than getting buckets in.

really depends on other factors such as tyres, and if you want to sell your wheels on. if your wheels/tyres are good then it might be worth selling them whilst they're good. if you are planning on lowering then it wont really matter what order you do it, because ultimately it'll get done...

i got some marangoni zeta (came with my wheels) and i think they're excellent. really good tyres. so if its them for 60quid id get them bought.

nah for 30 odd quid, they simply cut your existing centre section and insert a centre silencer and weld it back up.
