the inlet manifold is the easy part.....you dont need to touch it.
The exhaust would need a 1/4" thick T plate adapted to it, the fueling would be kinda tricky if your not content with settling for the crap 5th injector method.
And 200bhp on low boost with low comp pistons......erm no.
yup, no problems, but itll be better if you hand it to me with all the valves etc in it....you can take the tappets out and keep them in oil.....up to you weather you reuse them.
i dont charge for stripping and rebuilding anyway.
What you want done?
Took me freaking 15 mins to catch up with you too!!
one wrong turn, 1 min detour, and 15 mins at 135mph!!!
you said you were going at 60 waiting for me!!!!
your all pricks, the lot of ya!!! :P
easy mate.
THere is a large opening nxt to the drivers headlamp......take the key supplied by Ren for filter access, open the door, walk in, its quite high up so you might need a ladder, i do.........
Get father ted to hand you the cowbar and peirce it,.....take it out on a wood pallete...
yea, but im not into looks 100%, but it will be nice to get them sorted.....just no money for that at the mo.
Just give us a bell when you want it done, ill see if i can fit you in. :P
rotating and reciprocating masses taken out of engine, material taken off to lighten and even up weight distribution. Slapped on a dynamic balancer (not the old roll on a smooth suface thing from the 60s) and set to reduce inertia, centre mass location and just generally help increase smoothness...
indeed.
I started through simple reaseach when a young un, built my kart racing engines (150bhp/ltr) which last 9 hrs, built and fiddles with all sorts of crap. Tried it myself on a 4 stroke and it ran w**k at low RPM ( i went bonkers with removing stuff....), then slowly got more and more...
didnt do aything, just stuffed alot of carb cleaner down the engine, no major probs.
THe inlets can be kinda gummy, but not bad, exhaust dont really build up that much coke since they run such high exhaust temps (remember that loony......ol head shield on fire! haha).....so its all burt off...
lol....you should see my arches now......aye carumba!!
Anyway, yours always puffed massive amounts. Shouldnt be anything to worry about. But nxt time we meet i can run a simple diagnosis for you, old tech stylee!!!
