cleaner where on the carb? running it through the carb doesnt do much for internal channels and idle jets/progression drillings. Neither does spraying it on the carb.

Fitting is easy, like loony said timing is hard BUT, depending on the profile you are going for its quite safe to fit the new cams using the std pulleys and jsut make a timing reference mark using tipex etc before you take them out.
Then you can just put the new ones in with the marking...

A wastegate is there to limit max boost level and divert excess exhaust from the turbine.
the camber is not adj on the 172, you need to buy camber correcting bolts. The clio cup racers use fixed value camber bolts althought you can get adj bolts, or make up your own adj set. Ford motorsport sell some very cheap and effective camber corrective bolts which you can adapt easy.
