Im not ususally into these spring and uprated damper kits because mostly they are pants.
This is not adj for damping or rebound (which is a good thing in IMO, no messiing about with knobs that do nothing) only height.
The ride is jsut about perfect, not harsh over any of swindons worst rds...

well, they are ok, but a so damn slow its silly, you cna do them up to about 300bhp but how much are you willing to spend?
Plus, motorway journeys on that would kill you!

you must of driven pete bonkers with the 60mph cruise, the m4 must of taken over 2 hrs at that speed, and its only a 1 1/2 hr affiar lol.....

in most 2ltr conversions they use the 2ltr starter, but i dont know if they keep the F7P flywheel or not, but if it doenst work, that answeres your question dont it.

yea, that reflective adheisive stuff is far too expensive, was contemplating getting rid of my exhaust heat shields as they rattled, but cant be arsed, so expensive.
Its very tidy work mate, take the solenoid plug off the assembly then plug it back in and leave it there.....so the comp dont...
have you put it back in teh car already?
take the sensor off, put the engine to TDC then count the triggers and location as they pass then compare to the clio flywheel.
