Nah I can manage that I think lol.
I did measure it, I think its 20mm but just wanted to check first, coz knowing me I'd ordered the new ones then realised I measured the wrong bit lol.
Well if your car is a Mk2 Ph2, If your planning on upgrading your dipped lights (normal night time driving) H7 will be the fitment you need. And yes the headlights do need modifying in order to fit the xenon bulbs.
That's why I linked you that Group buy, most of that is said in there.
Yea as above, I managed to get my tweeters out without taking the dash off.
The little plastic grille just twists and lifts off. Although the tweeters don't always sit directly below the hole, so if its too tight and your worried about damaging them, best to take the dash off.

This guide, although for just the springs, it does show you what order the bits go in. You just need to get rid of the big hat thing that the top of the standard spring pushes against, then reuse the bearing and bits on top of that.
Ebay mate.
Edit: Tried finding the link but doesn't look like the exact one I bought is there anymore.
Works a treat I applied two layers last week and dust just wipes off.
I've got some of that Tesco APC for cleaning the wheels. Now my question is, do I need to apply more wheel sealant every...
Glad to be of some use to some people lol.
Thankyou Boosh :)
Darren that's quite strange. I've done quite a few bits this way including my alloys and never had a problem.
I just used the standard primer, standard car paint for the basecoat and just standard lacquer.
I know what you mean...
Thankyou very much. praise indeed! :)
Yea the card was a great help, although some bits were slightly easier free hand. Its all about working out what's best for you really.
Although I would still recommend people paint it really carefully, as if the card's not there. Don't just think oh I'll...
Fubar's guide on fitting lowering springs on MK2 Clio
I found that really helpful. I think one of the hardest parts on the front is getting that top rubber mount off. Just WD40 it, and if the shock just spins when you use a socket, you need to get a Allen key and spanner to undo it.
Thanks for the feedback!
Yea your right a finer brush probably would've been easier.
Although I managed with the brush I used.
Just test it a little to find whichever suits you best I guess.
Whatever you use just take it really really slowly, if you rush that's when your not so careful and...
The 501 Bulb is pretty easy, just a bit fiddly.
If your careful, you can just gently pull on the wires that go into the 501 bulb holder, rather than having to actually get your fingers round the plastic holder itself. the holder and bulb should then just pull out, then once out you can get to...
As title really, couple more items I'm selling on Ebay if anyone is interested.
Thought I'd give it a shot!
Blue Neon NSD Powerball
Michael McIntyre - 'Hello Wembley' DVD
Basically, I've made a guide on how I sprayed my Bullets.
I wasn't sure if anyone was just allowed to post in the guide section?
so I thought I'd post it here first?
Also if anyone has any feedback on how I did it, maybe something I missed, feel free to comment and I'll adapt it. But how...
Yea Admiral Multicar is good for me as well.
I'm 18 and only had 1 year as a named driver on another policy so I had no no claims.
But with multicar Im the main driver for £1200 with my mum named. it didn't make a difference my Clio is registered in her name.
Her policy on her car is only...
I think dark anthracite rear diamonds, then the little button colour coded to match the car looks best. Although being Black the colour of the button won't matter so much.
As above Im selling my Vibe 8 Gauge Amplifier Wiring Kit. Unopened and Unused.
Ebay Link: Vibe Amp Wiring Kit
Will consider offers from anyone on here if anyone's interested.
