the relay near the batt, you talking of the coil?
you got the timing right?
not resting a piston on an open valve or anything! lol
does it turn over by hand?
the 2ltr bottom end will change the powerband and hand you more torque, but it will be diff from the willy as the cams are ever so slightly diff.
Using a 2ltr bottom end or a willy engine is about the same thing. The ONLY dif between the 2 apart from the 2ltr short motor is the 2mm oversize...
you dont really need a specific aim to warrent a simple 200cc capacity increase, more torque, more peak power.....simple.
If you also read the other threads or clicked the link youll see its used at the ring mainly. a track car, chassis is fine, no TBs, no turbo........just a tad more power...
should of seen mine and fatherteds after i spend a good 15 mins at 130 trying to catch up (wron turn) then a falt out blast to near 140.
Um, my heat shield caught fire lol!!
um, you dont need to take the doorcard off.
Take out the screw holding them in at the end.
Then push them sideways and they will slip off the clips, then slip on the new strips.
Strange!!! lol.....any pics?
Thats a carb filter too!
supply line is from the right side of the rail, you place the regulator before the rail so you get your desired pressure, otherwise you just get the max pressure the pump can supply at.
Fraid not, you would need a soddingly powerful fan to provide a nice constant breeze.
I have seen leccy turbos that can lift their own weight with so much force, but they still do nowt.
pointless really.
huh?
in from the regulator on the right, out the otehr side, follow the lines.
Newer renaults have the return line inside the tank so you only get the supply line to the rail. Which is why we had vapourisation problems in HK with the heat.
the RT runs solid discs and the bendix calipers like ben says lol.......our names our gonna get confusing at some point.
The vented disc and caliper setup off the valver/williams/R19 16V and GTT will slot striaght onto your hub no problems at all. you can reuse your brake hoses too.
Cheap...
your fuel pressure.......
a split would see it spew fuel everywhere, not safe, but are we talking the return line or the supply line tothe rail after the regulator?
adj means rebound adj only, unless stated that it is fully compression and rebound adj, which means virtually useless, all youll do is slow the rete of return for the wheel over bumps, and you want it to return as fast as possible without disturbing the car.
huh!!??
in the cups its full of shock fluid?
You sure its fluid from the shocker?
If it is, um.........get it looked at, any signs of fluid leaking down the strut leg?
yea, the heat sheild over the back box is useless really.
ive traced mine down to the are between the 2 bends. I shounds like its comming from my initial 90 deg bend tapping on the heat shield jsut before the bend, and/or the 2nd bend jsut before it goes over the axle, as i pull it down it...
i took the rear heat shield off, rusty, unsightly and useless.
plus, you save 30grms!!!
Sorted mine yesterday, stoped the decat from blowing and moved the exhaust about 10mm stopped that infernal idle rattle......more like a hammer on teh bottom of the chassis actually.
Now, for my...
