depends what it actually failed on but i've had a few with lazy lambda sensors that can take a while on the fast idle for them to come down.

pagid used to fit but since euro have bought them out the ones they've sent me have been wrong. if you get a colour coded one them it should fit ok, if it's all black then don't even bother trying to fit. firstline ones do fit ok.

plenty it could be, you need to start checking stuff over. snapped spring, knackered damper, tre, tr, ball joint, top mount, engine mount etc... bored to tears!!! not doing anything sucks, can't wait to get back to bloody work.

fitted loads of 1144 and apart from my own ones not found them to be a noisy pad. only fitted few sets of 1155 and they don't seem to be that bad in the scheme of things, not enough to be embarrassed driving around town.
