you don't know what yours are like until they are off so at least you've got them. most of the time you don't need to replace them but once every so often you find a bad one that needs replacing.
nut goes with the bolt that's missing off the dogbone bar, to find the oil leak best to clean everything first and check again after a couple of days, could be from cam bungs or anything below them.
bolt could be from a few things but can't place it 100%. not sure where the tape measure goes...
Has it got the switch on the slam panel still?
Can also be caused by battery voltage dropping, alarm filling with water. Fwir you should get a series of flashes on the led when you unlock after the alarm has gone off? Never checked this way myself but it basically tells you what has set it off.
i'd be more concerned about the aux belt tensioner than the belt, had two now that have needed to come off and be stripped and freed off within 12 months of them being fitted.
move seat to the right and then move column over, at the worst you'd have to use a plate to off set the column, bolted to the original mount points and then drilled for the bracket to bolt to.
customer of mine has just had his first outing in his and did quite well especially considering he did it on a pretty tight budget and is running cheapy used coilovers etc.
