chop the inner wheel arch away where the standard damper fits and weld a semi circular piece in to give you more clearance so you can run full coilover.
sorry:pensive:
not sure on value of the golds.
i was debating getting the gold but went for bc in the end, the deciding factor was being able to set preload on it's own. if you keep the rears you're still in the position of not being able to set preload, can you turret your rear arches to fit...
oh come on, he is only going to stitch you for a piffling $10 where i will have you over for £50. even with the low exchange rate getting done out of £50 is much better value than $10.
nope, couple of connectors then to the ecu. you need it plugging in and live data looking at.
lambda can be off and not throw management light on, the clio ecu s a bit of a dumb one in the scheme of things.
yup, gkn. when i checked the cv it didn't look like it was wide enough to take the wider abs ring but trying to get one sorted to physically try the wider ring on.
they also do a shaft but had a bit of a mix up over the length and whether or not wider abs ring could be fitted for 182 cup so never got round to working it out if it could be done. was going to look into it again this week but the only guy at euro with a brain is in hospital.
no but i find if i read previous posts before i post something and try and be a smart arse it can save me from looking a bit of a dopey git:tonguewink:
thank god for that...with the slightly homoerotic video title and then hearing the guys voice i thought it was going to be one of 'those' videos for a minute:flushed:
the only time i've had one with a faulty body it only showed up after a loom fault was sorted, what a bloody headache that was!!
a lot of the swapping the body over moves the loom enough to 'fix' the problem only for it to pop up again.
and he's only thinking of an R26 'cos i had a ly one in last week:wink:
wait until i drag the wife's car out to get started on that...that'll be his next on the list.
