know a few people who've used the same paint and had good results.
i use halfords adhesion promoter, or whatever they call it, as a primer. have used it on all sorts even ally and it's a good base. goes on like water but let it dry out or chuck in an oven for half hour or so and good to go.
it's just a belt that stretches to fit. you can get special tool to fit them with but most of the time you can get them on with a screwdriver to guide it over one of the pulleys.
you can run theirs with ac but you have to flip the pulley round and fit it the other way and then split a 6pk belt...
Just bin the tensioner and use a stretch belt. The tensioners are an awful design, I've had one on a customers car that was pretty much ceased solid after about six months.
take them off, hit them with a scotch pad until they are satin all over then get some 2k clear coat on them, any half decent bodyshop should do it for you for £30 or so.
you can run the pms aircon delete with just water pump and alternator.
the impeller shaft ends up coming out but at least the pulley hitting the inner wing stops it coming all the way out. it also only takes about two miles for it to do this...don't ask me how i know:tonguewink:
thread in the guides somewhere.
column, ecu and motor off bog standard clio, early dci rack, controller off ebay and bit of wire and some swearing and bob's your uncle.
