might be horribly far out tracking....
My MK1 XR2 had the toe so far out that when i steered, it would vary between easy, hard, then it would turn itself....lol
but its not quite the same problem....always happened at the same point.
i worked with superchips to develop our own map for our conversion, not a problem and really raised my opinion of them........

MAP = Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor, located in the plenam.
Oxygen or Lambda = just before the cat in the exhaust system. a little metal sonsor with 3 or 4 wires comming out, depending if it got a heating element. Just get a new one for your car.
true, i thrash the cars wheni go on a demo (other cars) but because i know what happens and letting an unfamiliar person into a fast car is asking for trouble.
Asi have said, we have had 4 written off, and when we did leave it with them, i cam beack crashed into our demo V6...happy we were...
um, we wouldnt let our out because we KNOW what people are goint o do and you can basiclly tell a sale from the moment you talk to them. You would have to be very creative and dont mention the test drive, let them tell you about it.
I.e. talk about it but say you dont have time for a test...
if its just the engine your going to run and you use your inlet and exhaust manifold, then your ECU will run the engine fine.....
only the electrics may differ, but if your only using the block and head then it wont be a problem.
Which is hwy i specifically said this earlier on!
APART fom the amenities the ECU will be the same. I think most people here are talking about the way the ECU controls the negine, rather than what it does with the climate control and rain/light sensors so on and so forth.

i would charge about 60 to replace the valve, but you will need to take the head off and get it put back on.......drain the oil and water...etc etc...its a bit of work to take the head off.
It all depends on the damage mate....

if its truely funked then maybe...but find out what the problem is....doesnt sound like a major rebuld maybe a bent valve...check it tomorrow.
Take the plugs out, check the cambelt, take the rocker cover off and look at the cams and lifters, just to see any damage, marking or scarring.
if the cambelt snapped......
think of lots of mashed metal in the engine.....
valves them selves.......well be smashed as will pistons etc etc....
damage can vary depending on the speed at which it stopped.....best have a look at the belt and take the plugs off...

ok, now the spec has changed AGAIN!
its now a 2ltr head, with std 2ltr cams....where is the 1.8 in that!
brand new webbers, 10yr old webbers, wont make a diff......
And ho do you jet for high airspeed only!!!!
