easiest way to move the system up is to use an oxyacetelene torch, heat the hangers then bend them. you dont even have to take them off the rubbers....easy....

Spring poundage is the stiffness rating. I work in lbs/" but other use the metric equivalent which i hate and cant work in.
ANyway, lbs/" is the strength in lbss that i takes to compress the spring 1 inch.
