run it in on mineral, synth wont let it run in properly...it will basically eliminate wear. Plus, on mineral, youll only need ot do about 500miles.

take the top off, clean it with the cleaning solution, then rinse, let it dry, then sray it with the oil. the right amount is just enough so you cant see it, but if you touch it, it will leave some on your fingers.

nothing apart from the oil contained in the filter and the dirt in it, but its a filter so it wont come out. Not to worry my friend!!!! its not a problem at all! i would worry about the 1.4 full engine after a short time though! lol
