it does affect it, but its generally not a big deal
The GTT engine doesnt alter any of the major factors that much.
Only good example is fitting the Mi16 engine to the 205. because its sucha tall engine, it has to lean back, and is a tad heavier, so this does affect the handling of the 205...
more about lower rotational weight, and dynamic balance. It wont do anything major. itll rev ever so slightly faster, but wont do anything really. And alone, kind of a waste. I would get the whole short motor balanced at the same time.
Whats all this serious nitrous talk.....???
im only running 50bhp, admittedly not 100bhp.......but it wasnt hard to setup and it want hard to tune in. And it still providing me with reliable power on teh same setup. ad its on an engine thats almost 50 yrs old!!!!
Nitrous isnt cheapting, but...
billies are in my opinion a bit better.
I did offer the group custom cliocup (as in the race car) coilovers but nobody was really interested, that would of been the best.
Anyway, i dont like progressive setups....more of a compramise.
but up to you mate
well, i dont know, since i have not tested....but itll be with emission control..
the 1st lambda is fueling as its a raw rading, the 2nd one is emissions control and comparison......to comply with the euro 3 spec which doent not allow a 5 min warmup perid like euro 2. SO, thats proabaly why...
lol......
wait till they give it a service, they wont know whats up! haha
and whos 16V are you putting it on? yours? eventhought you dont have one...it seems...lol
but you have a 172? lol
anyway, teh easiest thing to do is to go to Ren......get them to seach for the 172 manifold gasket and the 16V gasket...and when they come compare them.
then say "oops...my mistake mate, totally wrong part"
But the lambda gives a reading dependant on o2 level and needs heat to work......if its not in there, then you are giving the ecu a constant reading, no matter what the #1 sensor is telling the ecu.....
Thats the only reason i dont like it.
hmm.....will take something special for me to keep it......
i know u like low milage cars, so its only got 350km on it....and washed by a multitude of little old chinese women, with silk cloths. Their heand are reguarly soaked in milk overnight, and the are always holding a bar of butter to...
more than......
220bhp on the willy motor is not hard nor is it overly stressing the motor too much. The old formula Renaults used to run 220bhp F7Rs, but they now run 190bhp F4Rs.....poo...
The sport spiders also ran the same 220 engine.....very fun cars.
tracking is important....but generally, in most cars you cant change anything but toe......
Front toe has a big effect on high and low speed cornering and striaght line stability, rear toe has a big effect on the amount of oversteer and slip angle.
Manufaturer setting s are usually the best...
LOL....just got a new 1760 block for the fezzy....EXTREEMELY rare to find a casting thick enought to take it....anyway, the pistons alone are over 500 quid!!!
matched to that, stepping up from the 40s to 45s.....larger capacity will allow me to move up from a 244 to a 254.....and im building a...
GR....dont forget, your a V6 owner too.....what a waste.....a nice yellow V6 sitting in the service station doing nothing.....
Some gratitude....just making us hold it for you.....humph....
Think ill sell it....
hes not worth the money hes paid.....
idot, crap, and dares to blame everythiing on the only person who knows whats goin on...the co driver....the guy is a waste of a seat.
far more interesting people out there......
308 gtb is my fav.......ferrari that is.....
i dont usually get worked up too much with this stuff......unfortunately in HK where evrey 2nd car is a merc S class, to stand out you need exotica like this to stand out. Even porsches are common. In fact HK has the highest ratio of Porsches per KM...
maybe most of you should be shamed that my MK1 XR2 is putting out 150bhp from a 60 yr old 1.6ltr engine...LOL
unfortunately its not running though.....haha...:(.....two words....
Carb Fire
haha
yup, in essence its correct. When we lower and change suspension for performance reasons, an increase in spring poundage is neccesary.
However, lowering using the torsion bar is the only method, we cant use higher poundage springs. And it doent relieve tension, as when the car is lowered to...
true......but why all the effort to change to an rsi engine....its not exactly the performance choice, and any further mods to it will be basically non existent.
The GTT motor is another thing.....120 instead of 95....far better, with potential for well in excess of 200.....thats worth it...
