should be ok, by removing the bottom your producing more room for the hot air, and by adding the fans your helping remove the hot air. shouldnt have any problems with over heating

i think youll find both. The 5 turbo engine is good for 250bhp

90bhp as standard, not sure if the 16v head will release the 20bhp though. might be easier to get a 1.6 16v engine and then modify that, after all that engine is good for 220bhp

seems alright, what springs are they? is it a custom back box? if not what makes the back box?

you can probably get just springs that drop 60mm, but this WILL f*ck your dampers, shouldnt really drop more than 30mm on standard dampers. Its best not to lower on just springs anyway as this puts increased stress on the dampers.

true, that might be worthwhile. uprated head and custom map. that could possibly then leave me open to bigger power gains.

i think its due to the age of the cars, older cars they have more history on and more experience with, so something like the 200 sx or 300 zx if they have a good claims history will be cheaper to insure than an unknown such as a newer car for example clio 172/182 golf gt tdi etc
