as the title says, my gear stick is squeeky, when ever i move it, its squeeks and feels a little stiff, was gonna replace my gearbox oil as it has felt stiff for a while, but now not sure thats whats wrong, any ideas?

TSW Volcano's they are commmon as muck round here. If they did them in white i'd get some, but as it stands, every kev boy, grandad, mom in an old espace and taxi has them so its a NO go for me

I've currently got the standard gearbox in my 1.6 8v clio and waswondering if by changing the gearbox to one with different ratios is it possible to increase accleration by saccrificing top end speed?

Firstly have you got a 1.6 16v clio engine? if so how much is it? secondly is it only the head that differs it from the 1.6 8v? if so how much for just the head?
