P.s. comparing other dyno results not from other dyno dynamics is pointless. This is only about 4-5hp down compared to most stock 172's on our dyno

This car was running under advanced and there was space for about another 4 degrees IMO. This was in turn causing high EGT's (didnt measure but it was hot!) Once the intake temps rise the ecu will pull even more ignition and dump fuel! Seen a couple like that recently and they were a different...

When testing is complete then yes, we'll be trying to restrict it some what as the clutch won't last long above 5k like this.

Vey old topic i know but we've now got the setup running and mapped to 6k on our 172, it's making a very healthy 275hp and 240lbft. Clutch seems to be holding up at the moment but not really done many miles. It flies!

No serious tho, it really does make a good difference, +8hp and 8lbft. Massive gains for the size of the engine.

Here's a quick graph, loads more mapping to do as it's way rich at the mo:

On our dyno a clio made 170 ATW which was 204 at the fly. Those losses are fairly small compared to many dyno's.
