starter motor is EASY to get to, 3 x 13mm bolts (sometimes they have 16mm IIRC, depends what was is the parts bin) it stays in place anyway, just unbolt it from the box and slide it back a bit
the special tool from renault to apply the sealer (and i'm not joking here) is a plastic tray and a foam paint roller, same as what you can buy in B&Q!!
you're supposed to check for oil leaks yada yada yada, but if engine covers are in place then you can't check, therefore its a pass, technically the tester in this case is correct but he's also being very anal!

thats the oil breather, it should be pointing towards the passenger side of the car, not straight up! just pipe it to a catch tank - done
they have a build number i seem to recall, there should be a number "somewhere" you checked the factory seat rails? think there's one knocking about there somewhere

i have a special tool for getting at the pipe on the rack which makes it easier, but its still a t**t! I have heard of people removing the engine to fit it! (NOT NEEDED!)
