if its the high pressure pipe that runs from the PAS pump, along the engine, over the gearbox, along the back of the engine bay (lower) all the way to the drivers side of the rack (yes its one piece!) pipe - £150ish new from renault (price may have changed) 3 hours labour tops bit of PAS oil...

we've done quite a few on them, wanker of a job!

DCi rack is the same as 1.2 16V BTW

Re: 200 with 4000k, coming up to 12 months old. Can't hurt to change the oil on it ri i wouldn't worry about the gearbox oil, engine oil yes, we seem to be doing a lot of 200/197/225 etc at the moment which i'm happy about, easier to work on than the older 172/182!

its been around for years, the ecu is as only as good as the person mapping it though don't forget

stock pump is fine unless you're up over 250bhp which is unlikley!

bin off that rad fan spacer, more trouble than it worth and your not carrying enough speed into Surtees, its almost flat (in my opinion)

bet they used Motrio (aka cheap) parts and the wrong oil is probably in your engine, but meh :rasp:

They are below par, certainly not a first choice (ignore Tony 2 tenths) ;)
