The cable will work fine as it's purely mechanical, the wires are basically just earths & mk1's are total pricks with idle issues from dodgy earth connections but with it being diesel I've got no idea if it will have an effect or not lol! Here's the back of some valver clocks

I'll dig out a pic for you, the speedo wires cause idle problems on the valvers when they're busted/missing. The wires are actually on the speedo cable itself & plugs into the dash loom Can see the plug on the end of the cable here

197 is bigger & heavier so cancels out the extra power to some extent, cam timing could be out on the 182

Mk2 clutches are girly as fcuk though

That's not a bad result for a stage 1 map tbh, mine had a courtenay stage 2 map with supporting mods & made 253 bhp & 308 ft/lb

Ok might have missed out a slightly improtant piece of info, I don't actually have any diamonds yet lol :o I've only got plain blank caps that fit my wheels so my 1st thought was to try & find the diamonds on their own
