don't go blaming the mounts chaps (or k-tec!), as 2 of you have said already the exhausts fit perfectly even with knackered mounts ;)
i think something is up here
1 - the exhaust could've been made by someone who was pissed (about 0.2% chance)
2 - it has been fitted incorrectly and just needs...

those are 380x37 front discs! Rears are very trick, will get pictures tomorrow, integral bell/handbrake drum all in one
Marc you always seeem to just change parts without finding the cause first!!!
check that the spacers are fitted behind the rear discs
handbrake cables will have nothing to do with it, probably a sticking rear caliper has cooked the disc and cracked it
did you remove the pad carrier shims and clearance the pad back plate so the pad is free to move? Or did you just whack em in?
(or did i grind the pads for you? i forget) I did tell Ingham
