well the stock item has a rubber damper, i'd stick to that!

around 30psi HOT all round is a good starting point

take that huge metal ring off the fan, turn it round and wire it up the other way (yes i know it say not to do that, but i checked with kenlowe and they said its fine to do) fits much better and is a lot more secure sort that bloody ride height too!

drop them to 28psi front (cold) and 25 rear (cold)

cambelt/dephaser every 5years, oil and filter every 6K, service every 12K and you'll be fine

bloody expensive, i got quoted £142 each earlier, sod that! I might be doing a deal to get these CHEAP
