Yes had them on my old cup were brilliant.! Road and track no problems although they wont last very long...
They are the only raod legal trackday tyre you can buy in the 205/45 16 size.
Yozzasport is the best place to buy/fit them. H&Rs are fit and forget (no damping adjustment) KWs are adjustable so may need a play around with the settings.
Looks good but the ITB set up look interesting / concerning:-
Trumpets look really short - historically not made any power
No airflow to the trumpets - full scuttle in place
Looks great and would like to see inside pics.
Sadev box and mount at 4.8k sounds cheap...!!!
Will be interesting...
May see you out there soon.!!! although your car look a bit of a weapon...!
Looking at doing British Tarmac stuff next year - Epynt / Milbrook / Jim Clark etc
That gearbox, drooollllll:mad:
The man is right the non full HD plasma is still concidered better than all the other band full HD tvs. You can geta full HD version which is well, s**t hot.!!
Can get a good price on them now as the next gen 8G is coming out soon (called .......9G).
3k Full HD
2k Non HD
PE2 are the best all round tyre full stop the majority agree. Anything less it all about penny pinching.
Tyres are so crucial to a cars performance.
At work there was a Subaru promo / test day and round Angelsy old old curcuit (few years back) which i was invited; a std STI v7 and a WRC car...
Its getting there, big limitation with the car currently is the lack of LSD. In the wet its a big issue but its less so in the dry. Looking at the stage times / results. The first 6 stages (raiining) we were mid 20's if you took the second 6 stages (damp/starting to dry) we were 15th...
Easy - air restrictors like in Rally car / Gt cars say 36mm. Job done no 2ltr EVO / SUB / COSSIE will get over 310 hp but will have lots of torque....
The cars are too powerful for the drivers to handle, theres always a risk but motorsport safety is about limiting risk. This Championship is...
Its the power differential that causes the crashes not the differential in time.
Group B rally cars 600hp where band as they were too out of control (LOTS OF SERIOUS CRASHES), Current WRC cars have 300hp and are quicker but easier/safer in the hands of Joe Bloggs.
The main point is that for...
Really, tell me another championship series that has cars with 1400cc 115 hp to top class 700hp..........
Yes multi class racing is the norm but the power/speed differential here is just f**king dangerous. The series shouldnt be scrapped but should be changed, 34mm air restrictors would do...
Again uneducated statement, before EVOs he used to run a Silvia....
Hear say and chineese whispers dont rely on it.
Regards to his talents as a Jap engine / car development not many are better.
One on Saturday, going for a reccie to see what its like. When i was there 10 years ago it was very short stages lots of crests and quite bumpy (Clio may bottom out).
There are 2 more later in the year so may have a bash if its OK.
LOL - car is great, lively in the wet mind.
Bit of a gap till the next one (PROM STAGES NEW BRIGHTON) 6th Sept Saturday. What a weekend to spend your first wedding anniversary...
May try and get another one in before that but a lot of up and comming events are just car wreckers.
Think that a very one sided and exceptional case, Simon is very well respected in the EVO circles. In terms of engine development he is been well in advanved of everyone for a while (and still is).
Tuners just **** each other off, EVO or Clio it always happens.
Would agree with the above, the spread of ability and cars is too vast its gaurenteed that there will be some big offs. If he had brake failure then i wouldnt critisise but its not the first time hes caused a major incident........
Lots of people say he should have done this and should have...
