    was the phs1 and both the phs2 bottom ends complete when you took them apart (in terms of cambelt idlers) if you have both typres of idler you can use either kit as you will have a phs1 spacer off the phs 1 engine (lower idler) and also you will have the phs2 spacer off the phs2 bottom end...

    depends on damage, but can be upto £75+vat per shock, hence sometimes its cheaper to replace rather than repair

    i use TDF and RST for my mapping/dyno stuff (depends who's nicest to me on the phone ;)) i don't do mapping as i don't under stand computers - if i don't know how to do something i leave it to people who do you won't see past 195bhp and maybe 175lbs with cams, higly unlikley you have 194.4

    but even that is just a 182 cup with a cheap paint job, crap seats and cliosport member approved wheels ok the fancy suspension is quite good

    good, but £200 now i think, they feel a bit "wooden" until red hot you want a track/road pad DS2500 bit more oooomph DS3000 ultimate - PF97 (but that is for track slags only, ruins wheels and paint work)
