    we use ATE blue on the race cars its fine yes, DO NOT drain the system, just bleed through

    no more than 3, and yes change the belt and inspect the tensioner/idler, if in doubt, replace

    that bit isn't threaded, the "pin bolt" goes through it and is held on with an 18mm nut
