^the nuts go above the battery tray, its the bolts that go in from the underside

10W40 is thicker at 0degreesC than 5W40, but they are the same when hot, in terms of cold start both are perfectly fine, from memory 10W40 is safe down to -10degC and 5W40 is safe down to -20degC

again, entiley upto the driver, i run (on my own car) the smallest amount of toe in, but the general concensus is toe out is the way to go, but i don't get on with it
