if someone came to me with their own parts (i wouldn't do the job full stop anyway) and i did the job and there was some form of issue caused by the parts, you being an individual with no form or "clout" behind you trying to claim against a parts company - no chance i'll put it this way...

track rods require a special tool (i made my own) bit of a t**t without it track rod ends aren't too bad if you have a cup, then the track rods are dealer only

i've had suspension, a few clutches, a gear kit, transponders, brake ducts, pads, driveshafts and some other bits in their before (not for a clio might i add LOL! these were for a prototype project we ran in Hungary)

see the line with the 0?? in front of that on the flywheel is a machined line you can just about make out, they line up = TDC
