    in proper racing we used twin cables, with those AT bodies which i still think are VERY heavy to open you're bound to put stress on the cable, IIRC you were using a jenvey cable? they're crap for racing and i've told simon@jenvey that for years LOL did you have a proper fitting for the cable...

    yeah its just the image, they all should have that groove down them both pads do need filing and the shims in the calipers HAVE to be removed, i don't care what anyone else says, thats a fact

    the 565H is a thicker pad with a larger surface area, obvious from the images below, price difference between the 2 is about £10, but some companies sell the cheaper 406H pad at the same price as the more expensive 565H pad which is a bit naughty in my book 406H dimensions and image...

    i would advise against 45's they look wrong and don't feel right to dirve, a tyre is part of the suspension don't forget

    weird, i don't have a problem with 1660's, maybe because the air is thinner up here in birmingham the spring compresses easier?
